Part of the building of The Dream Trail, Co. was collecting resources and tools that will help anyone setting off on the direction of their dreams.

Pack your Dream Trail bags with inspiration and proof from others that dreams come true, if you simply set off to pursue them.

Some of this wisdom is centuries old, some more modern and current, or a twist on a classic.  I hope you enjoy these journeys of self-actualization and self reflection, and are able to find resources that resonate with you.

I strongly encourage you to take in as much new thoughts and be inspired by other people who have blazed their own trails, and worked out their own lives to be on their Dream Trails!

Big Dreamers, writing about their paths to creating the life they wanted to live:

'You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life' by Jen Sincero

I love this book because it is so down to earth, and Jen is un-apologetically real and strait-forward! It is an easy read, and incredibly entertaining.  This is the book to get if some of the other 'out there' or 'woo-woo' spiritual stuff turns you off.

'Finding Your Own North Star' by Martha Beck

Martha Beck, to me, is the perfect blend of academically intelligent and down to earth, all at the same time.  Her own story is very inspiring, as she transformed from Harvard professor to Mom, to Life Coach.  Her story is woven in to the lessons she shares in 'Finding Your Own North Star', as well as her other writings.  Talk about a woman who has had her own twists and turns on her Dream Trail!
